Our surface-mount facility is configured for flexibility of automatic and manual production, consisting of:

* Screen printers.
* A versatile range of component placement using fully automated pick and place.
* 4 zone infra red reflow soldering system.
* Hot jet / hot air re-work station.

All suitable for the current production requirements for placement of fine pitch, multi-pin devices with high component density on multi layer PCB's.

Double sided assemblies are routine - We can accommodate small batch quantities and large production runs - We use environmentally friendly water soluble solders and fluxes - All assemblies are fully inspected before shipment.

We operate from a fully static protected working area including conductive flooring.
